James Bostock (1917-2006) was a visual artist known for his wood engravings. He studied at the Royal College of Art under Eric Ravilious and Paul Nash, and their influence can be seen in his collection of engravings and watercolour paintings produced in the post-war period from 1945 through to 1990.
